Try your hand at homemade ice cream using the Baxter's Limited Edition Blackcurrant & Cassis Conserve, a truly divine conserve full of juicy tart blackcurrants complimented by cassis sweetness. This delicious frozen Speyside dessert is quick and easy to make and should be a hit with all the family on a Scottish summer day!
Ingredients:
- 1 Jar Audrey Baxter Limited Edition Blackcurrant and Cassis Conserve
- 150ml Crème Fraiche
- 150ml Natural Yogurt
- Pinch of Salt
- 20ml Lime Juice
How to Make:
- Simply mix all the ingredients together well until uniform in colour.
- Churn in an ice cream maker or alternatively place in a plastic container with a tight fitting lid and place in the freezer. Mix every 30 minutes until frozen to the desired texture.
